What kind of support will partners need to provide? Answer: The BEC programme is self-contained and requires minimal additional support, however partners will need to assign a contact project lead to liaise with the BEC team. Of course, all engagment is very welcome and valued!
What is the BEC delivery timeline? Answer: BEC is designed to deliver impactful results within a concise 70-hour plan, utilising 3 full-time experts. This accelerated approach means key insights and actions are delivered efficiently without unnecessary prolonged engagement.
Do you have a payment plan? Answer: Full payment upfront earns a 15% discount. Alternatively payment can be divided across 3 successful delivery milestones.
Who is the BEC project team? Answer: BEC is delivered by a team of 3 passionate experts with over 20 years experience in trade, development and the private sector for organisations including the UNCTAD, UN, GSMA and private sector; telecommunications.
How do we measure the success of BEC? Answer: We have core metrics, supporting metrics and your metrics! As we scope out the BEC project, it is essential that we agree and align on success priorities. KPIs can range from market penetration, digital adoption to survey participation and customer satisfaction.
How much does the BEC initiative cost? Answer: BEC is priced at US$ 7,000. All-inclusive for the 70-hour programme of work. There are no additional costs unless services or extended support are requested beyond the scope of the initial engagement.
